Mama of six (+ one in Heaven) and wife of 13 years. 🩷

At 35, an ADHD diagnosis reframed years of depression, anxiety and exhaustion that never fully lifted. In those darker seasons, prayer became my daily anchor.

But prayer wasn’t the only thing that began to change my days.

I started learning practical tools — gentle mindset renewal rooted in CBT principles and simple nervous system care — and slowly, my interior peace grew. My body no longer lived in a constant state of fight or flight.

As my heart grew calmer, so did my home.

Now these rhythms shape my motherhood: prayer, thought renewal, nervous system care — alongside nourishing food and a little movement.

This space is where I share what I’m learning as I walk it — so you too can build peace in your heart and steadiness in your motherhood.

Because the truth is, motherhood can feel like a daily — sometimes moment-by-moment — surrender.
